Physician - Integrative Medicine Clinical Director

This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,000 providers in Indianapolis, IN. With an appealing blend of big-city amenities, cosmopolitan style, and communities which boast top notch school systems, the Indianapolis area is consistently ranked nationally among the best places to live. Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician, with additional training or an interest in Integrative Medicine, to create an evidence based integrative medicine program, lead a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with primary and specialty care physicians. Ideal candidates would be collaborative, innovative and have a desire to create a program and educate peers.
Outpatient only
Team-based practice model
Electronic Medical Record system (Epic)

Licensure & Certifications
Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Additional certification in Integrative Medicine is ideal
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
