Sales & Operations Order Fulfillment Support

The main responsibilities are fulfilling and invoicing customer orders, managing the Operations implementation for new product launches and special projects, learning the revenue systems and providing a superior customer experience. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with the sales teams and with outside partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Have an entrepreneurial attitude to take ownership and manage/create action plans for special projects, work cross departmentally to achieve success and communicate progress throughout the project. Additional Responsibilities:??? Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers ??? Resolve order issues and process orders accurately??? Work on special projects related to product launches or new initiatives??? Develop internal processes and create corresponding documentation ??? Manage E-Commerce & Revenue system platforms???Continuously improve all aspects of the Operations processes
Position Requirements

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
