CX - UX Manager

As the UX Design Manager, you will oversee a team in developing best-in-class consumer experiences across platforms and multi-modal interfaces. You will work closely with product management and marketing leaders to see projects from early stage concepts through to launch. The ideal candidate for this position is a pragmatic visionary that can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions. You should be flexible and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. This position will be roughly 65% strategy/management and 35% design.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Create and implement UX design for multiple devices that balances consistency across all our platforms, utilizing user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, information architecture, task flow, visual language, etc. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers, overseeing initiatives and ensuring all projects are executed on time and at the highest level of quality Conduct and build in-house capabilities to test and validate design concepts with end users Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate detailed interaction behaviors Analyze user interface problems and lead your team in creating on-brand design solutions Regularly present the team's work to senior managers and executives for review and feedback
Position Requirements
Basic Requirements5+ years' experience as UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role for mobile and web 3+ years' experience managing small-to-medium size design teams Preferred RequirementsDigital portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX/visual design, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving across platforms Proven experience designing UX experiences on public facing products that touch the lives of thousands (or millions) of customers Fluency in best practices for interaction design and user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques Experience creating prototypes and highly detailed wireframes for complex user flows on web and mobile Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to varying audiences

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
