Job Description:
I have an immediate need for a Systems Engineer.
This is a full-time, direct-hire role in the Chicago Loop.
This Northwest Indiana based Technology company supports a series of clients in multiple industries including: manufacturing, Financial, Healthcare, Legal, along with many more.

Specific responsibilities include:-Apply exceptional customer service and professionalism while using technical communication skills to interact with IT and non IT professionals-Datacenter Operations support of a windows environment including VMWare-Ability to participate in recent and future initiatives moving to the cloud-Ability to monitor, anticipate, and resolve issues involving systems security and availability-Installing and configuring network and server hardware and storage-Apply patch and upgrade, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
-Configuration and addition of new services-Participate in new projects aiding in the growth of new technologiesTo be considered for this role, you must know or have the following
Experience:
-3+ years of experience as -Strong working knowledge of VMWare-Strong working knowledge with SAN storage-Strong working knowledge in Windows environment-Plusses would include Scripting, and cloud experience (Azure or AWS)-Certifications a plus in Windows, VMWare, and Cloud-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Ability to manage multiple tasks-Strong dedication to customer supportInterviews are being conducted directly with the hiring manager.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
