Working as part of the Quality Management Team, the Technical Training Special II engages cross functionally to lead the end-to-end delivery of the training program operating under an FDA regulated QMS.
Key job responsibilitiesThe RoleAs a Complaint Specialist, you will ensure compliance to product complaints and the complaint handling system with the responsibility of timely complaint assessment and closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, Logistics to facilitate the complaint handling process.
In this role, you will:
o Review product complaint information in database, confirm complaint condition to determine necessary action, including CAPAo Collaborates with cross-functional teams and 3P investigators to ensure additional information is gathered for complaint review/investigations.
o Review complaint against risk matrix and determine if the risk assessment is covering the hazard in the complainto Coordinates and prioritizes complaint investigations according to risk o Evaluate and track complaints through complaint process workflow to closureo Prepare ad-hoc reports on needed basiso Ability to analyze data, looking for trends to summarize and report findingso Responsible for updating work instructions to capture process changeso Coordinate and compile team metrics to support monthly team meetings.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
