Job summaryAmazon's Supplier Operations team is responsible for the execution, improvement and performance activities related to the integrated material handling equipment (MHE) supply chain.
As our Supplier Operations team continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Supplier Operations Manager to partner with internal business owners and key stakeholders to drive supply chain performance for Amazon.
This role leads the development and execution of supplier performance strategies for MHE systems and projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong strategic relationships with our key suppliers and business partners to reduce cost, compress project lifecycles, advance product quality and improve efficiencies.
Facilitate suppliers' understanding of Amazon global policies, equipment design standards, budget and cost targets, and service and quality expectations.
Drive suppliers' continuous improvement and development program in support of quality, delivery and cost performance metrics.
Develop and manage common global supplier metrics and data reporting to manage performance and support the achievement of continuous cost improvement targets.
Lead special projects on a worldwide basis to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, improve performance of strategic suppliers, and improve project implementation results.
Conduct assessments and/or audits across our global supply base to ensure compliance and identify areas of opportunity.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading supplier operations initiatives for complex products.
The right candidate will also be a strong integrator who prioritizes well and communicates effectively.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
