In order to continue to scale our fast-growing recruiting operations, we are seeking a talented Referral Channel Specialist for the AWS team Employee Referral Central Service.
They will be responsible for driving timely review and engagement for all ER applicants.
In addition, they will play a vital role in supporting the SML TA I&D strategy facilitating team-wide diversity sourcing sessions, trainings and other events.
The ERCS will create and own a consistent branding and engagement strategy with applicants, vetting per PACE guidelines and resume review to ensure that applicants meet BQs for SML Job Families.
Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close technical job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
He/she must understand how to prioritize to hit customer SLAs.
The best candidates will draw on robust knowledge of talent acquisition and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

Core
Responsibilities:
For all streams into this channel, help define strategy and process flow, build process documents/SOPs and recruiting materials Ensure all existing process flow's will be followed for each existing business role while working in existing live posted requisitions or ER pooling requisitions Ensure that 100% of ERs are reviewed and actioned by our ER Recruiting team within 48 hours of a jobfinder submittal notification The ER Specialists personally acknowledge each employee who makes a referral with a thank you email.
All qualified ERs will be contacted by an ER Specialist and together will determine the best role/level/location for that ER Source and direct qualified ER talent from ICIMS, validate against PACE Guidelines, and drive into active GICS requisitions Stop the ER Clock - In order to meet the ER Promise, the ER recruiting team will place the candidate in a Manual Assessment until next steps are identified.
If Manual Assessment is not an option in the HIRE workflow steps, the ER Specialist will place the candidate at OS and assign themselves as the Owner until an RPS can be facilitated.
Drive prioritization, role focus, and workflow management of ER candidates.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
